WHY WE DO IT


We did not build our team overnight. It took a lot of hits and misses,analysis of data and extensive research to find the people who were just right for us. The people we hire are for all intents and purposes someone that many will consider not suitable for us, but they are exactly what our organization needs - and values.

Our experience has taught us that the right team matters. So, here we are - a diverse and motley group of people (who still manage to do great work together!) - helping other organizations find their perfect crew as well.

HOW WE DO IT


While we were building our team we had an epiphany of sorts because we stopped looking at conventional metrics like education, experience, grades and so on to aspects which we found were significant to our hiring and later, performance. Well,things like vision, fire in the belly and life stories.


It helped us arrive at the most optimal way to resolve workforce problems. We call it "Workforce Modeling using Predictive Analytics"

When solving workforce problems, we do not just crunch a few numbers or run a few analytical techniques. Our process begins with first developing a good rapport with our client and ends with a clear communication of the solution.
